A couple months ago, I was feeling completely defeated with my skin. Don’t get me wrong, my skin wasn’t destroyed beyond repair, but I was super annoyed that at almost 30 years old I was still dealing with the occasional pimple and acne scarring from picking at my face. I finally had it when I was deep in research for the best foundation that was full coverage, but not too much, and didn’t take 30 minutes to apply. Plus, I have combo/oily skin so finding a skincare line that doesn’t mess with my skin has always been a challenge. Not to mention, I’d rather sleep in than pile on make-up in the morning. #TeamSleep over here.
Enter my sweet friend, Haylie, who kept raving about Rodan + Fields products and how much they have changed her skin for the better. Needless to say, after opting for the cheaper, ineffective products for nearly a year, I finally caved, took the quiz online and gave the Unblemish regimen a shot.
The regimen comes with:
UNBLEMISH Acne Treatment Sulfur Wash
UNBLEMISH Clarifying Toner
UNBLEMISH Dual Intensive Acne Treatment
UNBLEMISH Oil Control Lotion
Unfortunately, I don’t have a ton of “before” pictures of my skin, but just a imagine a freckled face with a random (and painful) pimple every so often. I was actually pretty nervous that the acne treatment would dry out my skin and cause pealing, but it never happened. I did start on the conservative side and only used the products at night for the first week then ramped it up to morning and night.
Here are a few examples of real customers:
Fast forward to today, two months since starting the regimen, I don’t have a pimple in sight nor do I have the red acne scars that used to riddle my chin. I hardly ever put on make-up save for some under eye concealer and a little bit of Rodan + Field’s peptide mineral powder with my favorite NARS blush.
It’s save to say that I’m hooked on the products now, too. So much so that I’ve jumped on Haylie’s team to help my friends, family and colleagues find the best skin of their lives while also making a little extra cash on the side.
